How long are sessions?

Sessions are 60-90 minutes depending on what we're working on. I never rush or watch the clock—you'll get the full time you need.

Are sessions virtual or in-person?

Both! Sessions via Zoom work beautifully for all service types. If you're local to [your location], in-person sessions are also available.

How do I prepare for a session?

Come as you are. I'll send you a brief intake form before your first session, but otherwise no preparation needed. Just show up ready to be honest and open.

What if I don't know which service I need?

That's what the discovery call is for! We'll talk about what's going on and I'll recommend the best approach. Many clients work with multiple modalities over time.

Do you take insurance?

I don't work with insurance directly, but I can provide a receipt/superbill for you to submit to your insurance if they cover coaching or alternative healing.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please give 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule. Less than 24 hours counts as a used session (or full session fee for single sessions).

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! All packages can be split into monthly payments at no extra cost. Just let me know when booking.

How quickly will I see results?

Many clients notice shifts immediately—a sense of relief, new clarity, or emotional release. Deep transformation is a process, which is why packages work so well. You'll see the most sustainable change with ongoing work.
