60-Minute Session via Zoom
The Session Flow:
1. Check-In & Current State (10 minutes)
Where are you right now? What's been happening spiritually, emotionally, energetically? What prompted you to book this session?
2. Identify the Core Issue or Question (10 minutes)
What's the real challenge or opportunity beneath the surface? Sometimes what you think you need coaching on isn't actually the core issue - we dig deeper.
3. Guidance & Strategy (25 minutes)
This is where I bring in my training, intuition, and channeled insights. We might:
Map out your next steps
Decode spiritual experiences or synchronicities
Work through blocks or resistance
Create practices tailored to your path
Develop integration strategies
Problem-solve specific challenges
I may incorporate guided meditation, energy work, or channeled messages as relevant to your situation.
4. Action Plan & Integration (10 minutes)

FAQ’s
Q: How is this different from therapy?
A: Therapy focuses on healing psychological wounds and treating mental health conditions. Spiritual coaching focuses on navigating awakening, developing gifts, finding purpose, and integrating spiritual experiences. Many of my clients do both - they complement each other beautifully. I'm not a therapist (though I have a Master's in psychology), so if you're dealing with diagnosed mental health conditions, please work with a licensed professional alongside this coaching.
Q: Will you tell me what to do?
A: No - because you're your own authority. I'll provide guidance, perspective, strategies, and sometimes channeled insights, but ultimately you make your own decisions. My job is to empower you to trust your own knowing, not to become dependent on me.
Q: Do I need to believe in the same spiritual things you do?
A: Not at all. I work with Christians, atheists, Buddhists, agnostics, witches, and everything in between. Your spiritual framework is yours. I meet you where you are and support your unique path, not convert you to mine.
Q: What if I'm not sure I'm "spiritual enough" for this?
A: There's no "enough." If you're curious, questioning, seeking, or experiencing something that feels bigger than yourself - that's enough. Awakening doesn't require you to be perfect or enlightened. It just requires willingness to explore.
Q: Can you guarantee results?
A: I can guarantee I'll show up fully, provide expert guidance, and support you with everything I've got. But your results depend on your willingness to engage with the process, implement what we discuss, and do the inner work. Transformation is a partnership.
Q: How many sessions will I need?
A: Some people get what they need in one session. Most find that 3-6 sessions create significant momentum and clarity. We can assess after the first session and you can decide what feels right for you.
