How Sessions Work
Every session follows a rhythm that allows for both structure and flexibility. There’s a consistent pattern so you always know what to expect, but the content is entirely driven by what YOU need that day.
OPEN (Check In) - 5–15 min
We receive where you are today. Set the intention. Create the space. No performing required — just be honest about what’s present.
DEEPEN (The Work) - 20–40 min
This is where we go in. Pattern recognition, interpersonal dynamics, leadership challenges, whatever needs attention. I listen, I observe, I mirror back what I see. This is where breakthroughs happen.
INTEGRATE (Make It Practical) - 10–20 min
Everything we uncovered becomes actionable. What does this shift look like in practice? How do you apply this tomorrow? We translate insight into real-world application.
CLOSE (Seal & Anchor) - 5–10 min
One clear takeaway. Acknowledge what happened. Complete the circuit. You leave grounded, clear, and ready to move.

EXECUTIVE RESET SESSION — $500/session
A deep stress recalibration for when the weight of leadership has built up and you need more than a regular session can provide. Think of it as a hard reboot — clearing the mental and emotional buildup so you can return to your role with fresh clarity and capacity. Scheduled separately from your biweekly sessions.
PURPOSE ALIGNMENT INTENSIVE — $2,800
A comprehensive deep-dive into reconnecting with the mission that started your business. When the daily grind has buried your original vision under layers of obligation and survival, this intensive cuts through to WHY you started and realigns your leadership around that purpose. This is transformative, focused, and designed to create a lasting shift.
