MONTHLY EMPLOYEE SESSION (60 minutes)
Once a month, I meet with your employees — without leadership present. This is critical. Most employees will never be fully honest about what’s working and what isn’t when their boss is in the room. This session creates a safe space for real conversation.
I’m not there to collect complaints or play therapist. I facilitate constructive, forward-moving conversation about the work environment, team dynamics, and what they need to do their best work. I identify the patterns — the themes, the friction points, the unspoken agreements — and bring anonymized insights back to you in your one-on-one sessions.
Your employees feel heard. You get real information instead of filtered corporate speak. And nobody gets thrown under the bus because I translate the patterns, not the people.
QUARTERLY CULTURE ASSESSMENT
Every quarter, you receive a comprehensive assessment of your organizational culture based on real observation — not surveys. Nobody is honest on surveys. They tell you what they think you want to hear.
My assessment is built from what I’ve actually seen and heard across all levels — your one-on-one sessions, leadership team dynamics, employee conversations, and the patterns between them. You get a clear picture of where the culture stands, what’s shifted, what’s still stuck, and specific recommendations for the next quarter.
This is a living document that tracks your organization’s transformation over time — tangible proof that the investment is working.
ORGANIZATION-WIDE TEAM BUILDING (Quarterly)
This is separate from the leadership team building in Tier 2. This one includes everyone — leadership and employees together. The entire point is to break the hierarchy for a day and let people interact as equals in a designed experience.
